External Sourcing Associate (Work From Home)

Overview

Permanent Work from Home (Part time or Full time). Immediate Hiring. Due to high volume of applicants, check your email regularly for the schedule of Orientation & Partnership Agreement Signing and then GTKY (Getting To Know You) / Onboarding, usually on separate days.

Responsibilities

• Will just endorse CVs for various positions to the Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) Team

Compensation & Requirements

• Commission Based Only / Independent Contractor
• Php 1,500 per successfully hired referral given the following week
• Will inform you once your referred candidate has been hired by our client
• No necessary experience needed / open to all who are willing to be part of the sourcing team
• Under graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be passionate with sourcing of applicants even with limited resources, must be resourceful & willing to source applicants from ...
