Extrusion Machine Operator

We are hiring a Machine Operator (Extrusion) responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring extrusion machines to produce thermoplastic products that meet customer specifications. This role includes loading materials, adjusting machine controls and feed rates, inspecting product quality, identifying defects or malfunctions, completing production documentation, and maintaining a high level of safety awareness at all times. Candidates should have 3+ years of machine operating experience (plastics or extrusion preferred), strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read measuring tools, basic math and computer skills.
