Extrusion Process Expert Location: Mexico Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Extrusion Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in EPDM extrusion processes . You will be responsible for operating, optimizing, and troubleshooting extrusion equipment and processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production. Key Responsibilities: Creation, Implementation and Compliance with Extrusion Standards Searching for new solutions to meet customer requirements with a focus on In-line solutions. Optimization of current solutions (Proposing modifications to current solutions) Design and implementation of extrusion tool modifications. Monitor process parameters and adjust settings to optimize quality and productivity Identify and resolve technical issues during extrusion processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and engineering Participate in continuous improvement activities and process innovation Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of practical experience in extrusion technology Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Project Management incl. project responsibility Working knowledge of Catia software for checking and modifying extrusion tools. Communicative level of English (both spoken and written) Ability to work independently, reliably, and with a problem-solving mindset Willingness to travel based on project or internal customers’ needs Preferred Attributes: Strong technical background in EPDM extrusion Static and Dynamic profiles. Team player with good communication Open to learning and adapting in a dynamic production environment Decision-making based on facts Common sense and perception of context
