JOB DETAILS

Base Pay $23.00 per hour.

2nd Shift: 3pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment, actively enforcing safety policies, PPE requirements, and 5S standards; identify and escalate abnormal conditions or risks.
  • Execute and lead extrusion line changeovers in accordance with production schedules, priorities, Standard Work, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
  • Perform die and calibrator cleaning, inspection, and preparation, ensuring readiness for startups and consistent product quality.
  • Support extrusion line startups, monitoring equipment performance and making adjustments to achieve stable, efficient operation.
