The opportunity

We’re looking for a Consultant in all Business Consulting domains to majorly support EY’s MENA clients along their business transformation and digital journey, from strategy definition, transformation roadmap & technical blueprints development to manage the project implementation, to join the group of our Business Consulting Team. Your key responsibilities

  • Be part of a dynamic team of professionals undertaking Digital & Business Transformation projects for our Consulting Practice clients and find solution to create unique and authentic customer experiences

  • On large digital and business transformation projects support the Consulting practice by taking up the role of delivery team member

  • Proposal development and support in proposal presentation from GDS to EY clients on strategic opportunities

  • Work in the capacity of Researcher or Consultant in consulting/ research firms with sound knowledge on the transformation aspects as below Market analysis, benchmarking analysis
    Process enhancements
    Performance Management
    Digital
    Customer Experience

  • Define best suited technology operating model and required capabilities for client’s technology function, aligned to their digital/IT aspirations and industry practices

  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, must be able to effectively prioritize projects - align with team’s aspirations

  • Able to build and manage a team of high performing consultants and achieve defined VoC targets for self and the team

  • Participate actively in supporting the Business Consulting leadership in building the practice

  • Manage relationship with key stakeholders to build tangible business outcomes. Focus consciously to build a network within the practice and brand yourself as a GDS focal point to connect on relevant MENA pursuits/engagements

  • Right attitude to understand and align with the organizational goals and priorities. Support the leadership in implementing strategic initiatives at GDS/team levels.

  • Collaborate with other competencies and ensure Organizational goals and priorities are achieved as a team

  • Experience working in the capacity of Consultant Experience with exposure to any of the industries like RHC, BCM, Digital & Innovation, GPS, Energy, Technology, Telecom, Telecommunications and Media would be an added advantage.

  • Arabic speaking capability mandatory

  • Strong understanding and minimum 1 year of overall experience in research and business transformation domain

  • Strong consulting and technical skills to provide consulting services and execute on various Transformation, and Innovation

  • Knowledge or consulting experience in areas related design and develop operating models, policies & procedures, strategy, organizational structure, KPIs, vision, initiatives, maturity analysis, business transformation, business process re-engineering

  • Excellent understanding and knowledge on major technology changes, digital trends, and disruptive technologies

  • Ability to benchmark client requirements against leading practices and identify client pain points and opportunities.

  • Be creative, go-getter and take on any challenge to drive impact and results for our clients/ engagement stakeholders

  • Manage relationship with key stakeholders to develop new business opportunities

    • To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Any UG or masters degree, preferably, BE/B-Tech/MBA

  • 1+ years of research or consulting work experience in Business Transformation Domain projects

  • Good Research skills, report writing and communication skills and exposure to various research tools will be a necessary expectation of this role

  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills

  • Experience in usage of analytical tools/ representations

  • Arabic speaking capability

    • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Project management skills, functional consulting skills

  • Report writing, Customer handling, Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience in usage of analytical tools/ representations

  • Right attitude to understand and align organizational goals and priorities and assist in implementation of strategic initiatives

  • Willing to work on Sunday to Thursday working week and support MENA timings (11AM – PM), (supporting Middle East Clients)
