EY-Parthenon Transaction Corporate Finance provides services within the domain of mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings, valuations, modelling, economic impact analysis, due diligence and financial consulting. Through our independent position with respect to lenders, investors, and investment bankers, our team of professionals is ideally placed to successfully support corporate transactions.

EY-Parthenon’s Transaction Corporate Finance service line has grown significantly in recent years. To support our ongoing growth and our ambitious plans for the future, we are now looking to strengthen our Valuation and Modeling team at Senior level.


You will be a part of our Valuation, Modelling and Economics team in Istanbul and you will get the opportunity to work with major corporate clients, financial institutions and multinational companies. We advise our clients in address their strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial reporting and fair market value documentation needs. Your key responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the preparation of business plan, reports and presentations of valuation projects and have the opportunity to participate interactions with client management and senior members of the EY-Parthenon team

  • Participate review sessions of deliverables with the engagement lead during the project

  • Communicate effectively with the engagement lead and the wider team in a concerted effort towards delivering work products of the highest standard

  • Apply logical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to support resolution of issues

  • Assist junior team members in developing their valuation skills

  • Provide coaching to others, share your technical and other knowledge with your team

  • A strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering (Management or Industrial) or other related field

  • The ability to demonstrate intellectual rigour and commercial awareness, combined with first-class numeracy and analytical skills

  • Approximately 2 - 4 years of related work experience for Seniors in valuation, corporate finance, strategic planning, financial modelling; financial/debt advisory or financial reporting/audit

  • Strong commercial understanding and/or relevant industry, transaction experience

  • Valuation knowledge and understanding

  • Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects

  • Strong awareness of being a project member as a senior in the team

  • Strong knowledge and awareness of evolving data analytics tools and related software, including data visualization and database skills to connect data and deliver decision making solutions
