We are seeking a Fixed-Term Accounting Associate to join our Finance Team with the following qualifications:

Your key responsibilities

  • Ensuring timely and accurate entry of vendor invoices into the system and monitoring the approval process.

  • Conducting regular vendor account reconciliations and reporting discrepancies.

  • Posting and regularly checking bank transactions.

  • Performing accounting records in compliance with regulations, internal procedures, and company policies.

  • Supporting monthly closing processes.

  • Facilitating coordination between the Finance department and other units.

  • Effectively utilizing the SAP FI module in daily accounting and finance operations. 

    • Skills and attributes for success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields.

  • 1–2 years of practical experience in accounting and finance operations.

  • Excellent analytical and technical ability

  • Excellent presentation and report writing skills.

  • Excellent English and Turkish

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new systems or processes quickly.
