Position - Marketing Manager (6 Days WFO)

Role Overview- 


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving EyeROV's brand growth and market positioning by leading communication, lead generation, social media management, partner engagement, and event participation. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on ensuring quality communication internally and externally, building brand visibility, generating validated sales leads, and managing the marketing team to achieve measurable outcomes.


Key Responsibilities-


1. Communication & Brand Positioning


  • Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
  • Train internal teams to uphold EyeROV's communication standards and brand values.
  • Draft and review all external communication (emails, press releases, client updates, proposals, etc.) to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and impact.
  • Foster internal communication culture aligned with company mission, ensuring clarity and transparency across teams.
  • Champion EyeROV's brand values in all external engagements, thought leadership, and media positioning.

2. Lead Generation & Validation


  • Take complete ownership of the lead generation process.
  • Design and execute strategies to generate leads through digital campaigns, events, industry tools, CRM, and legacy data.
  • Manage the lead validation process, ensuring accuracy before passing to the sales team.
  • Supervise the lead validation team in conducting daily calls and securing validated leads.
  • Monitor and optimize lead quality, cost per lead, and conversion rates.
  • Create weekly and monthly dashboards to track pipeline health.

3. Social Media & Content Management


  • Build and execute the overall content strategy for EyeROV across all platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.).
  • Oversee weekly content calendars and coordinate creatives, captions, and campaigns.
  • Manage newsletters, email campaigns, and WhatsApp outreach to nurture leads and partners.
  • Monitor engagement analytics and adapt strategy for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure content is aligned with sector trends, technology positioning, and company voice.

4. Marketing Team Management


  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring KPIs and weekly targets are achieved.
  • Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide performance feedback.
  • Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation within the team.
  • Identify training needs and conduct skill-development sessions for the marketing team.

5. Events & Brand Visibility


  • Identify relevant events, expos, conferences, and webinars for brand participation.
  • Prepare event proposals for internal approvals, including ROI evaluation.
  • Oversee the execution of EyeROV's participation – from booth setup, creatives, collaterals, to lead capture.
  • Ensure EyeROV gains visibility through speaking opportunities, panel discussions, and media coverage at events.

6. Partner Engagement & Ecosystem Building


  • Map and identify potential partners (India & Global) across hydro-infrastructure, oil & gas, disaster management, research, and marine sectors.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with partners, resellers, and influencers.
  • Design partner engagement frameworks to ensure consistent communication and opportunity sharing.
  • Work with partners to co-create opportunities, joint events, and collaborative growth initiatives.
  • Maintain updated records of partner communications and engagement outcomes.


Experience & Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology/industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing lead generation campaigns and teams.
  • Experience in brand communication, content strategy, and event management.
  • Strong exposure to partner ecosystem development.
  • MBA/PG in Marketing or equivalent preferred.


    Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory; additional languages a plus).
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing, lead funnels, and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Canva, etc.).
  • Strategic thinker with ability to execute hands-on when needed.
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple campaigns, events, and deadlines.
  • Experience in partner recruitment and ecosystem engagement.
  • Ability to simplify complex technology into customer-centric narratives.
