You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment where our students can learn and develop.</p><p><br></p><p> <strong>Start Date August 2026</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Plan and deliver a high-quality, play-based curriculum that meets the needs of all students</p></li><li><p>Create a warm and welcoming environment where students feel safe, valued, and respected</p></li><li><p>Observe and assess students' development, and use this information to plan next steps in their learning</p></li><li><p>Work in partnership with parents and carers to support students' learning and development</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records of students' progress and achievements</p></li><li><p>Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities as required</p></li><li><p>Ensure that the classroom environment is clean, tidy, and well-organized</p></li><li><p>Support students's personal, social, and emotional development, as well as their physical and cognitive development</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Education, Master’s preferred</p></li><li><p>At least 3-5 years of experience in British Curriculum Schools</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of the British curriculum and assessment framework</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</p></li><li><p>Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and time management skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to adapt to a new culture and work in a multicultural environment</p></li><li><p>Native English Speaker </p></li></ul><p>If you are passionate about working with young children and are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Benefits:</u></strong></p><ul><li><p>Monthly Basic Salary</p></li></ul><p>As per Company Policy, based in years of experience. Monthly take home salary around KWD 1000. Negotiable for deserving candidates.</p><ul><li><p>Accommodation</p></li></ul><p>Free Fully Furnished Single Accommodation (water, electricity, security, basic cleaning & maintenance) OR Housing Allowance in Cash (KWD 150 per month). The building has a swimming pool and a gymnasium. As per the company policy for teachers coming with family, a 2 bedroom apartment can be assigned with a payment of KWD 90 per month.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p>Transportation</p></li></ul><p>Two way free transport from school & company accommodation for the first three months. After, a nominal fee of KWD 20 per month is applicable.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p>Air Ticket</p></li></ul><p>From home country, air ticket at the start of the contract, yearly and also return air ticket at the end of contract to home country, <u>for Employee</u>.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p>Medical Insurance</p></li></ul><p>Government Medical Insurance for first two years. Private Medical Insurance from third year onward.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p>School Fees Discount</p></li></ul><p>100% Fees Discount for first two children (Subject to prior management approval).</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p>Working Days</p></li></ul><p>Approximately 177 days in one Academic Year.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p>School Working Hours</p></li></ul><p>07.10 AM through 02.40 PM from Sunday through Thursday.
