*** 1:1, small group and general class support
The Role:
You will support Nursery and Reception across the day so learning feels calm and predictable. You will set up and rotate continuous provision, prepare simple resources, and keep areas tidy so children can access activities independently. You will run short adult-led tasks in phonics, early number and fine motor skills, then plug those gains back into play. You will use visual timetables and now/next prompts to guide transitions.
