  • Top-line assessment and acceleration, Pricing & Churn optimization
  • Cost assessment and implementation, Product portfolio and R&D strategy
  • Sales effectiveness, customer support strategies to boost retention and efficient support operations, marketing ROI
  • Conduct structured, data-driven analysis to identify root causes...
