The opportunity

We’re looking for Assistant Manager with expertise in Investment Banking to join our EY GDS M&A Team . This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a dynamic team.

Your key responsibilities

  • As a member of the sector practice at GDS M&A, the person would be providingM&A Advisory services to Global SaT leaders
  • Responsible for leading client interactions, delivery, and relationship building with SaT Global Sector leaders – role would require direct coordination with onshore PPEDs / SMs / Ms
  • Work across the entire M&A deal lifecycle from deal origination to closure, including transaction screening, proposals, pitch books, industry research, precedent transactions and comparative, valuation analysis, opportunity papers, Information Memorandums etc.
