Your key responsibilities
As a member of the sector practice at GDS Lead Advisory, the person would be providing Transaction Advisory services to Global SaT leaders Responsible for leading client interactions, delivery, and relationship building with SaT Global Sector leaders Work across the entire M&A / debt raise lifecycle from deal origination to closure, including debt screening, proposals, request for proposals, pitch books, debt profiles, capital structure, industry research, credit memos, lender presentations, financial model, term sheets etc. Manage a team of 2-3 people.
