  • Analytical skills, Report writing, communication

  • Data Analytic tools like Power BI, Alteryx

  • Well versed in sources like Cap IQ/ Mergermarket

  • Industry research, Investment memo

  • Market assessment and research

  • Trading and Transaction multiples

  • Analytical skill set; a good team player
