Manage routine accounting activities including AP, AR and RTREnsure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Supervise GL entries, reconciliations, and ensure accuracy of financial dataEnsure timely processing of vendor payments and customer collectionsOversee accounting for inventory, fixed assets, and depreciationEnsure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policiesAct as a financial advisor to operations, providing insights and recommendationsPrepare customized financial reports for internal stakeholders, including department heads and senior managementPrepare and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely responses and documentationEstablish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrityIdentify inefficiencies and lead automationManage and mentor finance staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvementAct as a financial advisor to operations, providing insights and recommendationsAssist in tracking and reporting financial aspects of environmental, social, and governance initiativesEstablish clear performance metrics for finance processes (, invoice processing time, reconciliation accuracy)Track adherence to agreed service levels across finance functions like AP, AR, GL, and reportingRegularly analyze KPI dashboards to assess team performance and process efficiencyDefine clear, measurable goals aligned with business and finance objectives for each team memberLead structured performance review discussions with team members, providing feedback on achievements and development areasManage transitions of finance processes to shared services or new platforms, ensuring minimal disruptionPriori exp with managing team of at least 20 membersDrive change initiatives, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage resistanceAct as a liaison between finance and other departments to ensure smooth execution of initiatives or implementationGood Exp on managing the business stakeholders and working with all the team to complete the task on timeEnsure to work with all the business stakeholder to complete all the task on timeQualifications
