Rendering system support and training to End
Users as part of BAU (Business as usual)
Business Analysis -Understanding business
processes and business requirements of
internal customers and translating them into
specific software requirements.
Conducting UAT for effective implementation
of software requirements.
Acting as an interface amongst business units,
technology teams and support teams.
Effectively communicating with internal
teams and external clients to deliver
functional requirements.
Managing system compliance related
requirements

Tracking issues reported and
closure
Project Planning and Tracking
Vendor Scheduling and Discussion
Updating and creating reference/
training/ process documentations
