Description:
This role involves developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, with a preference for candidates experienced in ServiceNow, but highly experienced Web Developers will also be considered. The contractor will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for analysis, design, engineering, development, and implementation of software projects within the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
Develop core functionalities, ITSM applications, and create new applications, understanding system integration needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into solutions.
Provide technical leadership, perform peer code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed.
Design, develop, test, document, and implement application systems according to requirements and standards.
Respond to production issues with prompt resolutions.
