Job Title: Fabric Technician
Location: North Middlesex (Healthcare Environment)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary until week ending 22nd February 2026
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm
Hourly Rate: £17.07 p/h - £19.17 p/h through Umbrella only - NO CIS
Role Purpose
The Fabric Technician will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works to the building fabric and associated assets within a university hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out PPM and reactive fabric maintenance across the site
* Undertake minor installation, repair and other internal works such as:
1. Fire Door PPM's
2. Door maintenance and repairs
3. Window repairs
4. Floor repairs
5. Wall repair and patch work
6. Painting and Decorating
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETANCIES
* Fabric Engineering Trained/ Certified
