Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Fabric Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across an Educational sites within Worcestrshire region. You will be responsible for ensuring buildings are safe, well-maintained, and compliant, working closely with the wider FM team to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a range of building fabric systems inclduing aspects such as emergency light testing & fire alarm testing.
