Fabrication HSE Advisor

Overview

Reporting to the Project HSE Manager(s) and working closely with the Company Site Representative and fabrication yard teams, the Fabrication HSE Advisor provides day-to-day HSE support to ensure fabrication activities are carried out in full compliance with applicable legislation, client requirements and Company HSE standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support the Project HSE Plan, HSE objectives and safety initiatives at the fabrication yard


• Act as a visible HSE presence on site, promoting proactive safety behaviours and strong safety culture


• Monitor implementation of HSE procedures, safe work practices and permit-to-work systems


• Conduct regular HSE inspections, safety tours and audits across all work areas, including subcontractors


• Identify, report and follow up non-conformances and unsafe conditions to closure
