Job Description

Responsibilities



  • Assists with reviewing work orders and shop drawings to ensure the necessary information is provided for fabrication.

  • Assists with updating the list of deliverables within the Inventory Management software system and provide tags to the respective foremen.

  • Assists with cost projections during production reviews for the scope of work.

  • Assists with determining trackable production units for the specific scope of work.

  • Assists with routine checks of items to ensure they are documented as per the Specifications and saves all necessary documents within the Work Order folders as needed.

  • Effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders, as required.

  • Values and models, the solution provider, and profitability culture.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications



  • Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline preferred.

  • The successful candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) and other construction industry-related software.

  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations.

  • Must be authorized to work in the US.

  • 18 years of age or older and possess a valid Driver’s License.

  • Available to work in Orlando, FL, full-time from May to August.
