Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assists with reviewing work orders and shop drawings to ensure the necessary information is provided for fabrication.
- Assists with updating the list of deliverables within the Inventory Management software system and provide tags to the respective foremen.
- Assists with cost projections during production reviews for the scope of work.
- Assists with determining trackable production units for the specific scope of work.
- Assists with routine checks of items to ensure they are documented as per the Specifications and saves all necessary documents within the Work Order folders as needed.
- Effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders, as required.
- Values and models, the solution provider, and profitability culture.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline preferred.
- The successful candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) and other construction industry-related software.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- 18 years of age or older and possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Available to work in Orlando, FL, full-time from May to August.
