Shift: 2nd: Mon-Fri (3:30pm to 12pm)

• Cannonball Recruiting is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor for a military defense manufacturing facility in York, PA.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing fabrication work environment
• 3+ years of experience of supervisory/management experience
• 2+ years of experience with MS Office and ERP systems
• Basic Welding experience
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, blueprint reading, and work station set-up/lay-outs
• Strong leadership skills
• U.S. Citizen
• Ability to supervise employees in a Union work setting
