Our client in Welshpool is looking for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to join their team ASAP. If you’ve got solid supervisory experience and a background in fabrication—especially with earthmoving equipment—this could be for you.

About the role

As the Fabrication Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a busy workshop, covering fabrication, profiling, and painting activities. Your role will include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of tradespeople and apprentices
• Ensuring a strong safety culture and compliance with WHS standards
• Managing workflow, quality assurance, and resource planning
• Building strong client and supplier relationships
• Identifying and implementing process improvements in line with lean principles

What you’ll need to succeed

• Trade qualification: Certificate III Engineering - Fabrication (or equivalent)
• Proven supervisory experience in a fabrication/manufacturing environment
• Excellent time management, leadership, and communication skills
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability
• Forklift ticket
• Driver’s Licence
• Solid computer skills for planning, reporting, and communications
