Trillium Construction is seeking Fabricators / Structural Fitters / Metal Fabricators / Fitters for a fabrication shop in Decatur, Alabama.

This is a full-time opportunity. Pay rate for the fabricators that meet the qualifications is $24-$27 depending on experience and skillset. Candidates that can also flux core weld will have an opportunity for a higher pay rate. No per diem. The work schedule varies. Workers must be able to work 7 days a week. Typically, it is 5 days one week and 7 days the next. Weekly hours range from 40 – 60.
