FABRICATOR
LOCATION : HyderabadA fabricator in the manufacturing industry cuts, shapes, and assembles raw materials like metal or
plastic into finished products according to blueprints and specifications. Key responsibilities include
using hand and power tools to perform operations like cutting, bending, drilling, and welding, as well
as conducting quality control checks and adhering to safety standards
Key responsibilities
 Interpreting plans: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand
the design and specifications for each project.
 Material preparation: Measure, mark, cut, and shape materials using various tools and machinery,
ensuring precision.
 Assembly: Join components and materials by welding, bolting, or other fastening methods to create
the final product.
 Machine operation: Set up and operate machinery such as drill presses, welders, and other
fabrication equipment.
 Quality assurance: Perform quality control checks on finished parts to ensure they meet the required
standards and specifications.
 Maintenance and cleanup: Maintain and clean tools and the work area, and ensure inventory levels
are adequate.
 Safety: Adhere to all company safety rules and procedures, and ensure the work area is clean and
safe.
 Collaboration: Coordinate with other teams, such as production and assembly.

Requirements

 Technical skills: Proficiency with various hand and power tools, and experience with industrial
machinery.
 Detail-oriented: A strong eye for detail is crucial for accuracy and precision.
 Physical ability: Ability to lift and move heavy objects and possess good physical strength and
stamina.
 Safety consciousness: Outstanding safety skills and a strong understanding of safety procedure
 Education/Experience: A high school diploma or GED is often required, along with previous
experience in a similar role.
