Job Description

Position Summary:

Provide Energy Maintenance and Commissioning service to the stores by improving the operating efficiencies of the existing refrigeration, building, and HVAC systems which will enable maintaining better store conditions while using less energy to operate.   • Manage Energy Maintenance Equipment Controls.
  • Program Energy Management controllers.
  • Install and program Energy Management equipment.
  • Modify refrigeration systems operations to run more efficiently while maintaining proper operating temperature.
  • Manage the preventative maintenance program.
  • Run service calls to assist other technicians.
  • Equipment to be worked on include, but is not limited to: refrigerated cases, compressors, condensers, controllers, electric panels, EMS wiring, case wiring, lighting, HVAC systems, hot case...
