Job Description
We're a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand looking for an expert Creative Strategist to own and scale our Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) performance through data-driven creative strategy.
This is not a junior execution role and not just media buying. We're looking for someone who understands how to combine creative strategy, ad creative testing, performance marketing, and funnel optimization to drive predictable growth.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing a Meta Ads creative system that consistently produces winning creatives — including static ads, UGC concepts, and video ads — while optimizing for ROAS, CAC, CTR, and CPM.
What You'll Do:
Build and own a creative strategy for Meta Ads
Develop creative testing frameworks (hooks, angles, formats, UGC ideas)
Create and iterate 10–20 ad creatives per week based on performance data
Analyze results and optimize creatives using data-driven insights
