We run Facebook ads for our service business and they perform reasonably well, but we're currently not feeding Meta the best possible conversion data.
I'm looking for an experienced specialist who can set up (or improve) Facebook Conversion API (CAPI) tracking so that every website lead is properly tracked and sent back to Meta, including the ability to track offline conversions (e.g. lead becomes booked job, paid invoice, etc.).
If you've done this properly before, you'll know the difference it makes. That's exactly what I'm aiming for.
What we need
We want a reliable system that:
Tracks website form leads as Meta events (server-side where possible, not just pixel)
Uses Conversion API (CAPI) for stronger attribution and less signal loss
Implements deduplication (Pixel + CAPI) correctly
Passes strong event parameters where available (fbp, fbc, external_id hashing, event_id, etc.)
Sends conversion events from our CRM / spreadsheets / booking system (offline co...
