FACETS Configuration Analyst

Position: Benefits Configuration Analyst

Duration: 6-12 months with extensions

PR: 17-30 Lakh per annum based on experience

MUST HAVES:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent years of relevant work exp
• 5+ years of Facets configuration experience, preferably with Benefits and Product Modules
• Strong SQL skills, including creating tables, writing queries, stored procedures, and performing data analysis
• Experience working with benefit grids, EOCs/ANOCs, summary of benefits, or similar plan documentation
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration

PLUSSES

• Experience automating business processes within facets
• Exposure to Azure OpenAI, GenAI, AI/ML or RPA tools/technologies
