Job Title: Facilities A&A Projects Manager / QAQC Manager (1-year contract)
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facilities A&A Projects Manager / QAQC Manager to oversee Addition & Alteration (A&A) works within a large-scale, mixed-use development. This role focuses on planning, coordination, quality assurance, and compliance , ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with statutory and contractual requirements.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors in a live, 24/7 operational environment .
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver A&A projects from inception to completion , including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of works.
