Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides administrative support to the Facilities Management team to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations



Coordinates maintenance, repair, and service requests for office facilities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, internet, etc.)



Acts as the primary point of contact with building management, landlords, and third-party vendors



Monitors facility issues raised by employees and ensures timely resolution



Assists in scheduling preventive maintenance and inspections



Prepares purchase requests, job orders, and tracks facilities-related expenses



Maintains records of contracts, permits, warranties, and service agreements



Supports office space planning, workstation setup, and seating arrangements



Assists with office moves, expansions, and renovations as needed
