Job Description

Facilities & Admin Assistant Manager ensures safe, efficient, and cost‑effective operations of company buildings, office spaces, and associated facilities—including those of affiliate locations . The role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, construction/renovation projects, vendor management, compliance, and workplace services, supporting day‑to‑day administrative operations while driving continuous improvement in the built environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (strongly preferred).
  • Other engineering backgrounds (Mechanical/Electrical) or Architecture may be considered if supported by solid facilities experience.
  • PRC License (Civil Engineer) is an advantage.
  • Progressive experience in Facilities Management, Building Administration, or Property/Construction Management.
