Responsibilities
- Maintain and update staff movement records, inventory lists, directories, and emergency contacts.
- Support staff onboarding, exit processes, and company announcements.
- Assist with emergency preparedness, including First Aid/AED upkeep and fire drill coordination.
- Organise team bonding events, engagement activities, and festive decorations.
- Take meeting minutes and provide administrative support for management and workgroups.
- Provide backup support to the DCAS Manager when needed.
- Assist with various ad‑hoc projects and assignments.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Office Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in office administration, procurement, real estate/property management, or soft facilities management (e.g. WSH, pest control).
