What you'll be doing on the job

* Oversee daily office operations, manage schedules, and coordinate tasks
* Manage email, phone, and mail correspondence, and coordinate meetings and events.
* Enter and maintain accurate data in various client systems and databases.
* Manage and maintain company documents, records, and files
* Provide administrative support to FM Team, including scheduling and correspondence
* Assist with day-to-day operations, including tasks such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
* Assist on raising purchase request in SRM or E1 for Marsiling, Capricorn and ADC related to Facilities team purchases
* Updating on all SRM & E1 purchases and invoices for tracking
* Liaising with Finance team on submission of invoice...
