We’re looking for a Facilities Administration Coordinator to support our Property Management team in delivering exceptional service across our commercial property portfolio. This role is all about keeping things running smoothly - building maintenance, safety compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate building maintenance and respond to tenant requests quickly.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors to keep services on track.
  • Maintain accurate building records and documentation.
  • Assist with inspections, certifications, and compliance requirements.
  • Support budgeting, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders through clear communication.
