In this role you will work with and support the Facilities and Engineering Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders in the day-to-day operation of the SAP planned maintenance system. This includes entering, and printing when required, of the planned maintenance orders, Minor works requests (unplanned maintenance) and loading and responding to the EHS, Gensuite actions on the SAP PM system.

The role will also be responsible for the accurate and timely filing of the completed work orders and the retrieval and submission of these to the Department Managers during customer and regulatory audits.

You will also be involved in recording and submission of Facilities department’s time and attendance records and the logging of departmental holidays, including producing reports, raising FCAs, producing CAPA responses, obtaining quotations, compiling costing data and sourcing suppliers for contract services and spare parts.
