Job Title: Facilities Administrator (Maternity Cover – 12 Month FTC)

Location: Hybrid – Work from Home & Office (Glasgow G51 2SN)

Salary: £14.50 per hour

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Facilities Administrator to join our team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis, providing maternity cover. This hybrid role offers a mix of home‑based working and on‑site attendance at our Glasgow office, supporting one of our key corporate clients, Diageo.

As the Facilities Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of facilities operations, supporting both the Sodexo team and client stakeholders. You'll be the linchpin of communication and coordination—ensuring everything from contractor liaison to document management runs seamlessly.
