Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field, with a strong understanding of equipment maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in team leadership and managing a small to medium-sized group of technicians, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance on technical issues.
- Proven track record in preventive and corrective maintenance operations, including the ability to plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities effectively to minimize downtime.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex machinery or facility issues, with the ability to diagnose problems and implement timely and effective solutions.
