Job Description
The Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day maintenance operations across JABA-owned, leased, and operated facilities. This position ensures that buildings, grounds, and building systems are safe, functional, and well-maintained in support of the organization's mission.
The Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor provides direct supervision to maintenance staff and coordinates routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance activities. This role works closely with site and program managers and reports to the Facilities/Asset Manager. The position may require availability outside of normal business hours to respond to facility-related emergencies.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
