Facilities Associate Principal (Building Enclosure/Structural Restoration)

What You'll Do Consulting services for the built environment including, but not limited to, specialized building enclosure and/or structural testing, building enclosure and/or structural consulting, forensic investigations, property condition assessments, and design of repairs to existing structures Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting Facilities staff within the region Responsibilities also include performing the following: Overseeing projects Performing technical report reviews Preparing and reviewing proposals Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions Leading and coaching junior staff members Performing responsibilities at regional level What We're Looking For BS or MS in Civil Engineering Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering preferred 8+ years of relevant professional experience Licensed or certified as at least one ...
