Facilities CAD Drafter

Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is currently recruiting for a Facilities CAD Drafter for our client in Binghamton, NY. As a Facilities CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for creating accurate CAD drawings based on hand sketches, verbal instructions, and site visits. This role focuses on translating field data, sketches, and redlines into precise CAD drawings that reflect existing conditions and planned changes.Responsibilities

Create and maintain up-to-date project drawing lists.

Print drawing sets in various formats for project managers and site superintendents.

Review and check sketches and drawings for accuracy before distribution to architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Organize and upload drawings to web-based storage and project collaboration platforms.

Prepare floor plans, site plans, and other drawings for small construction and minor alteration projects using computer-aided drafting tools.
