You will work closely with suppliers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to manage daily reports, track tasks, and assist with escalations.

The position also involves updating CAFM systems, monitoring outstanding jobs, and supporting the Out-of-Hours (OOH) rota when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support contract management to ensure property compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Manage residential services administration, including job tracking and system updates.
  • Assist with escalations by compiling timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring resolution.
  • Plan and schedule PPM activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
