Facilities Compliance & Operations Specialist (Data Centre Environment)

Overview

We are partnering with a growing data centre operator to look for a Facilities Compliance & Operations Specialist to support operational governance, compliance, and process maturity across live data centre facilities.

This role sits at the intersection of facilities operations, risk & compliance, EHS, IT governance, and audit readiness , ensuring that operational procedures, documentation, systems and records are maintained to meet certification, regulatory, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance, Risk & ISO Governance

• Support the management and ongoing maintenance of data centre-related ISO accreditations , including ISO 27001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 .
• Build, maintain, and support the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in preparation for ISO certification and external audits.
