About The Role

As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete. This job is part of the Facilities Management function, which focuses on the operations of assets and provides support to the Property Managers regarding repairs and investment plans.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
  • Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
  • Collect information reports to assess performance and progress status.
  • File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
  • Monitor activities outside the building, such as waste disposal and recycling.
  • Follow instructions, concise correspondence, and memos; ask clarifying questions when needed.
