Job Description

We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator  to join our Corporate Facilities Management team based in Leeds .

Location:  Leeds 
Hours:  08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

As a Facilities Co-ordinator , you'll be working within our Corporate FM  team, supporting the delivery of safe, compliant and efficient Hard and Soft FM services across the regional estate.

Your day to day will include:

  • Supporting the Regional Facilities Manager with PPM, reactive maintenance, compliance and data accuracy within the CAFM system (Concept).
