Facilities Coordinator Permanent £35,000 - £38,000 A leading private equity firm in central London is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to provide proactive support to the London office. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is service orientated, tech savvy and have excellent communication skills.   • Support in the effective day-to-day operations across the office.
  • Act as the main point of contact for facilities-related issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Carry out routine walkthroughs to maintain office standards, flag maintenance needs, and support health and safety compliance.
  • Liaise with building management on repairs, space changes and furniture installations.
