Facility Coordinator
Your main Tasks
Perform first level repairs, including initial troubleshooting and minor corrective actions before engaging external service pro-viders.
Handle technical support requests, including the creation of work order numbers and verification of invoices.
Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance measures on build-ing systems and technical equipment.
Obtain, evaluate, and verify offers from external service provid-ers.
Manage and process technical alarms, including fire and burglar alarm systems.
