Facilities Custodial Associate - 1st shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm)

This position will report directly to the Team Lead or Facilities Manager, will maintain the cleanliness of the facility, office, warehouse, breakrooms, bathrooms, conference rooms and training room. Will assist with events, setting up and tearing down, food delivers, stocking drinks and supplies in the refrigerators, cabinets etc. Assist with special projects, etc., teamwork is essential.

MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE A FORKLIFT OR BE ABLE TO BE TRAINED TO DRIVE A FORKLIFT

Primary Responsibilities:

· Understands and comprehends industrial cleaning practices, supplies, equipment, and the ability to use them efficiently.

· Disinfect common areas i.e., desks, door handles, phones, etc.

· Reset and stock all conference rooms daily

· Clean and care for the facility & grounds to ensure safe and healthy maintenance
