We are looking for a forward-thinking Facilities Development Director to lead the transformation, upgrade, and optimization of our facilities.

This role combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and team leadership to ensure facilities are future-ready, sustainable, and highly efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee facilities development, upgrading, and refurbishment projects from planning through completion, with direct involvement in site execution, quality control, and commissioning.
• Take ownership of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, lifts, BMS, and critical plant equipment, ensuring reliability and compliance.
• Ensure operational readiness of facilities through robust preventive maintenance strategies, lifecycle planning, and rapid issue resolution on the ground.
