**Summary of the Role**

You’ll take charge of all electrical systems, power distribution, automation, and energy management programs—ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations. In this role, you’ll lead preventive and corrective maintenance, support continuous improvement, and maximize production uptime.

**What You’ll Do**

+ You will supervise, plan, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical equipment (HT/LT panels, transformers, motors, VFDs, PLCs, SCADA).
+ You will ensure uninterrupted power supply to all plant equipment and utilities.
+ You will troubleshoot electrical issues in real time to minimize downtime.
+ You will lead electrical aspects of new equipment installations, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
+ You will coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to meet timelines and budgets.
+ You will monitor and analyze energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
+ You will manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians.
+ You will maintain accurate documentation (SLDs, maintenance logs, SOPs, compliance reports).
+ You will prepare and present weekly and monthly energy reports.
+ You will ensure legal compliance for all electrical systems.

**What We’re Looking For**

+ You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
+ You must have proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, ideally in manufacturing or tire production.
+ You must have technical Expertise of HT/LT systems, drives, PLCs, SCADA, and industrial automation.
+ You must have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
+ You must have effective communication and documentation skills.
+ You must be able to work independently and lead in a fast-paced environment.

**What Sets You Apart**

+ You must have experience with automation systems and PLC programming (Rockwell Automation).
+ You must have hands-on experience with utilities such as HT power distribution, transformers, boilers, and compressors.
+ You must be able to lead complex projects and deliver results under pressure.
